My Business Services Sdn Bhd, is an Accounting Firm in Kuala Lumpur providing a full range of services especially for SME's consisting accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, company formation, company registration, company secretarial, payroll and SST services.

Our Director is a Chartered Accountant of Malaysia, CA (M), a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, audit and tax matters. All our staff who prepares accounting for our client are accounting graduates ranging from juniors to seniors.
Besides, our Director is also an approved Company Secretary in Malaysia, with more than 20 years of experience in Company Secretarial matters in Malaysia.

Our Company Secretarial Assistant has more than 5 years of experience dealing with Company Secretarial matters in Malaysia including dealing with SSM on compliance, rules and regulations. All our staff in the secretarial department are graduates ranging from juniors to seniors.

Nagarajah Sinniah - Head of Operations and Director of the Company
Mr Nagarajah is the sole director of My Business Services Sdn Bhd. Mr Nagarajah is holding a bachelors degree in accountancy and started his career as a junior auditor in a mid-size audit firm in Malaysia 23 years ago. Then he started his own practice providing accounting and secretarial services 20 years ago in Klang, Malaysia. He became the director of My Business Services Sdn Bhd 2 years ago. Mr Nagarajah is a Chartered Accountant, CA (M), a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and an approved Company Secretary in Malaysia.
Suresh Raman - Company Secretary
Mr Suresh is holding a bachelors degree in accountancy and started his career as a junior auditor in a mid-size audit firm in Malaysia 27 years ago. Then he started his own practice providing accounting and secretarial services 21 years ago in Ampang, Malaysia. Mr Suresh is a Chartered Accountant, CA (M), a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and an approved Company Secretary in Malaysia.
Thiwyashini Karthygesu - Senior Associate

Ms Thiwyashini is our Senior Associate in Company Secretarial and Payroll Services. As of 2024, she has more than 5 years in handling Company Secretarial and Payroll Services in Malaysia.
